Programs

In addition to our ongoing therapy and coaching services, we offer a variety of time-limited programs designed to support children, teens, and parents around specific skills and shared experiences.

These programs run on set dates and focus on connection, learning, and practical strategies in a small-group setting. Programs are organized by age and audience and may include skill-based groups for children and teens, as well as support and education groups for parents and caregivers.

For Tweens & Teens

These programs support older children and adolescents as they build skills related to executive functioning, social communication, self-awareness, and independence. Groups are practical, strengths-based, and designed to meet kids where they are—academically, socially, and emotionally.

For Parents & Caregivers

Parent and caregiver programs provide education, support, and space for connection around shared experiences. These offerings focus on practical strategies, understanding neurodiversity, and building confidence in supporting your child at home and beyond.
