  • A short-term reset for students who feel overwhelmed or stuck. We pinpoint where breakdowns are happening and create simple, workable systems to get back on track.

Study Skills Intensive

  • Targeted support for cumulative exams and high-stakes tests. Students learn what to study, how to study, and how to pace their time effectively.

EF Bootcamp: Teenage Years & Beyond

  • Individualized + group support for teens and young adults (ages 16–college) who want to strengthen organization, planning, time management, and decision-making skills for school, work, and life.

    • Strengthen organization, planning, and time awareness

    • Build independence and self-advocacy skills

    • Improve focus, follow-through, and flexibility

    • Practice collaboration and problem-solving

    Outcome: Readiness for the next step- work, college, or independence.

    • 8 weekly sessions (50 minutes each)

    • 4 Small Group Sessions (90 minutes each)
